Please join us for Monark’s First Annual BBQ Battle of the Chefs competition. Meet two local celebrity restaurant chefs as they grill up scrumptious barbeque bites and compete in a one-hour cooking competition based on a secret ingredient or ingredients.
A local audience will judge whose dish reigns best based on taste, visual appearance and creativity.
Guests will enjoy refreshing sips and tasty BBQ bites and have a chance to tour our state of the art Costa Mesa showroom to preview the latest trends in outdoor cooking and entertaining. Seats for 150 Only! Must RSVP.
